The $39 monthly subscription begins during the application checkout. No approval is required before payment. Hometown Pros reviews the paid application before publication and cancels and fully refunds the initial payment if it cannot be approved.

    Complete the Featured application and start the $39/month subscription in the same onboarding flow. No owner approval comes before checkout.

    Paid application enters review

    Stripe confirms payment and the case becomes paid pending review. Payment alone does not publish or feature the listing.

    Review the application

    The owner reviews your details and contacts you if anything is missing.

    Publish if approved

    Complete, approved listings are posted within 1 business day. If we cannot approve yours, we refund the initial payment and cancel the subscription.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Does featured placement guarantee leads?+

No. Featured placement improves visibility and makes contacting the company easier, but Hometown Pros cannot guarantee traffic, inquiries, booked work, or revenue.

Who receives a customer’s project inquiry?+

The customer is sent to the business’s official phone number, website, or preferred estimate form. Hometown Pros measures the outbound click but does not submit the project request on the customer’s behalf.

When does payment happen?+

The $39 monthly subscription starts at checkout before the application is reviewed. If the application is not approved, Hometown Pros cancels the subscription and fully refunds the initial payment.

How quickly does the featured profile go live?+

Complete, approved Featured listings are posted within 1 business day. If information is missing, we contact you before publication.

Can the profile include photos and special offers?+

Yes. Approved project photos, written offers, warranties, financing details, response expectations, and other useful facts can be added when the business supplies and verifies them.
